Two forces, one canvas.
A sweep of deep ocean blue rushes diagonally across the painting, and at each end a spiral forms, one the colour of clear sea water in the upper right, one the warm soft cream of dry sand in the lower left. The ocean and the shore, each curling back into themselves, connected by that sweeping rush of movement between them.
It's the kind of painting that reminds you of that moment at the beach when a wave washes up around your feet and pulls the sand out from under you. Two worlds briefly meeting before the tide carries one of them away.
